Pricing depends on how many sites, teams, and coaching sessions a process change needs. Below are starting points we use when scoping.
Consulting fees are quoted per engagement. The figures below are starting points for a single site with a clearly named process. Multi-site work, heavily regulated environments, or compressed timelines are priced after a discovery conversation.

Half-day clinic for 6–10 managers, with tailored scripts for your process language.

Audience map, briefing drafts, floor materials, and a feedback loop across the announcement window.
Change adoption programme

6–10 week flagship engagement including floor listening, coaching, rollout calendar, and closing review.
What changes the estimate
- Number of locations and shift patterns to observe
- Whether managers can be released for clinics in one cohort or several
- Need for additional materials in Welsh or other languages used on site
- Travel beyond a reasonable day-return from Huntington
What we do not sell
We do not offer subscription software, monthly platform access, or packaged “tiers” that rename the same work. Fees cover advisory time, facilitation, and agreed materials for your engagement.
