Consultation
Readiness assessment
A short diagnostic that surfaces who is ready for a process change, where policy clashes with practice, and what coaching should come next.
Purpose
Before a large rollout, leaders often need a frank picture of whether teams can absorb another change this quarter. The readiness assessment answers that with interviews, observation, and a short written brief — not a lengthy maturity score.
Included
- Up to eight structured conversations with managers and staff
- Observation of one live working ritual tied to the process
- A one-page friction summary and recommended next actions
- A debrief session with the sponsor
Best used when
You are about to announce a procedure change, merge two ways of working after a restructure, or restart a rollout that stalled after the first memo.
